THe Customer is Always right

My childhood began in the shadows of the gas tanks along the LIE. Ah yes, Queens, nourishing in many more ways than one.

Before long I set out in search of the world's wonders, but what I found really wasn't all that surprising at all.

Incompetence. Everywhere.

I learned a memorable lesson on my first day as a shoe salesman in the early-70s: "Michael, the customer is always right," my manager said.

Well, I've kept quiet for too long. I'm shouting from the rooftop: CAVEAT EMPTOR. Buyer beware.

At Caveat Emptor, we stand for truth, justice, and the protection of ordinary consumers. We believe that if a corporation does something good for the common shareholder it is only because the true benefit inures to the majority shareholders, and, most importantly, if a corporation does something that benefits consumers it is just a coincidence.

Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive!
